I know, I know — you’re probably wondering why such a weird title and who exactly is back! Well, it’s just a funny line from The Hangover — a movie I haven’t watched in ages! (Just kidding... or am I?)

It’s been forever since I last posted anything here. Honestly, I almost forgot I even had a website — until Wix kindly reminded me by automatically renewing my yearly plan.

So where have I been all this time?Well, fellowships aren’t exactly known for offering “free time,” and to top it off, one of my colleagues had to leave the course for personal reasons — so, yes, workload = doubled!

But on the bright side, the past few weeks have been really exciting. I’ve done over 50 lasers, around 7–8 LIO barrage lasers, and my VR OT rotations have officially started. I even placed my first trocars! Seeing the retina through the BIOM for the first time was absolutely fascinating — it’s such a beautiful sight.

There’s still so much more to do and learn, but I’ll save that for future updates. I’ll also be sharing some interesting new cases soon — so stay tuned! 👀
